Improving Comfort and Air Conditioner Performance by Optimizing Controllers under Actual Usage Conditions

This study is to increase the efficiency of air conditioning system under actual conditions use. In order improve in energy consumption due control without considering indoor cooling load fluctuations, we review it compared conventional methods two respects. First, examined method reduce by varying evaporative pressure according load, and secondly, further reducing controlling revolutions per minute (RPM) fan unit at same time as fluctuation load. We found that changing target depending on difference between temperature room can more efficiently save than using fixed pressure, effect increases when applying volume air. Cleaning up resulting values, fan-load-control condition cooling-load-estimation showed an savings 16.1–48.7% with fixed-pressure 1.2–37.7% method.
